Cross-Country Results:

The Union Township boys and girls both placed second in yesterday's meet against five other schools. All ran well on this beautiful afternoon. Thank you to all who showed up to help. The places are as follows:

The girls had six place in the top twenty- 

Emma Hellwege, 1st

Angela Pecoski, 7th

Elise Byers, 11th 

Lauren Hostetler, 15th

Kendall Lutz, 19th

Lillian Ball, 20th


Boys:  Eight in the top twenty 

Zach Jarvis, 5th

Tyler Kimberlin, 6th

Steven Jarvis, 10th

Ethan Brown, 11th

Dominic Spero, 13th

Dietrich Podlesak, 14th

Breckin Fritch, 16th

Grant Morgan, 20th


Football: Our football team will host Whiting today at 5:30 p.m.


Cheerleaders: Please go home after school and return to the football field by 5:15 for the game.


Track & Field Conditioning will be today in the WHS Field House starting at 3:30 pm.


Team Photos: Team photos for football, volleyball, and cross-country will be this Thursday, Sept. 14




Hurricane Harvey: Mr. Harber will be dressed in her costume tomorrow.


Robotics Club will meet today and tomorrow. Choose one session to attend. You do not need to attend both. The meeting will be immediately after school until 3:30 and will be in Mr. Iler’s room 122 which is upstairs. If you need help finding the room, ask someone in the office.


Drama Club will meet tomorrow. T-shirt order forms are due at that time.. 


Student Council will meet this Thursday, Sept. 14 in room 701. See Senora or Mrs. Reid if you are unable to attend.


Culvers will be here THIS FRIDAY during all lunches. Enjoy a scoop or two or three with your favorite toppings, and while you're at it, you'll be supporting the WHS Academic Teams.  


Remember: Be a buddy, not a bully. So be respectful, be responsible, and be your best!
