ATHLETICS:

FOOTBALL

Last night the UTMS football team defeated the Boone Grove Wolves 44 – 6. The offense was led by Vinny Ordonez with a 50 yard touchdown reception from Dawson McGuckin, Tyler Schmidt with 1 touchdown, Trey Gibson with 3 touchdowns and the dominating offensive line of Cory Davis, Andrew Dillan, Jackson Smith, Aiden Kasparek, Joe Silkett and Calan Smith. Austin Goodrich kicked 4 extra points. The defense was led by Joe Silkett with a fumble recovery for a touchdown, Michael Bigham with an interception, Jackson Smith with a fumble recovery, Brad Gibson, Drake Simatovich, Xavier Haralovich, Kris Kingery, Justin Wiggins and Colin Surufka.

The Bearcats next game is Tuesday, October 16th against the Lake Ridge Lakers at home. Game time is 5:30 pm.

CROSS COUNTRY

Don’t forget about the pizza party today! Meet in the commons after school in Mrs. Hostetler’s room from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. Bring your uniform if you have not turned it in!!

8th Grade PE

8th grade PE classes need to bring their chromebooks to class tomorrow for the Floor Hockey Quiz.

Florida Trip

There is a mandatory meeting for those students going on the Florida trip today immediately after school in the Media Center. Your coaches know you'll be late for practice.

Put a CAP on Bullying

This Friday, October 12th - donate a $1.00 to the student activities fund and wear a hat to school. 

Put a CAP on bullying for national bully prevention month!!

Money will be collected in your advisory Friday morning!

Student Council

The Veterans' Day Decorations Committee will meet after school today in Sra.'s room 701.  If you are unable to attend, see Sra.

English Academic Team

The English Academic team will meet at lunch in Mrs. Lucas’ room today – bring lunch with you!
