MUSIC IN OUR SCHOOLS MONTH

Today will be our rap battle. We have 3 contestants! Mrs. Sims will be sending you a Google form to vote for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place this week.  Base your judgment on how clearly you can hear the rap, if the message is clear and if they keep good beat!

Also, next week will be spirit week for music in our schools. Be on the lookout for flyers detailing what each day will be!

NJHS MARCH MADNESS DANCE

Join NJHS tomorrow from 5-7 pm for March Madness.  There will be dancing, open gym and an ice cream bar. Admission is $5.00 and ice cream bar is $2.00.   All proceeds will go to a local family in need.

MRS. SIMS’ MOMENT IN HISTORY:

Today is National Potato Chip Day - the first potato chip was made in 1853 by Chef George Crum after Commodore Cornelius Vanderbilt kept saying his fried potatoes were too thick. It was meant as a joke and it instead became an instant success!

Don't forget Nathan's story remember to value people, hard work works, and make good choices. It's not too late to start on the right path today!
