ATHLETICS: 

GIRLS BASKETBALL RESULTS FROM LAST WEEK

UTMS - 57         Lake Station - 3

Leading scorers were Carmina Williams with 18, Abby Allen with 12, Grace Vessely with 10, Genevieve Mills with 7, Isa Lira with 6, Callie Lapis and Grace Christos with 2.

The Lady Bearcats have a full week this week with games on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!

BASEBALL LITTLE LEAGUE

Wheeler Little League registration is open online!  Last day to sign up in March 1st. 

SOFTBALL LEAGUE

Bearcat Rec Softball League registration is now open online at www.uniontwpsoftball.com  Be sure to register before February 23rd.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

STUDENT COUNCIL

The next Student Council meeting will be Thursday, February 12th after school.  All council members please attend. 

FLORIDA TRIP MEETING

There will be a Florida Trip meeting for 6th and 7th grade parents interested in sending their child on next year's trip on Thursday, February 20th in the media center at 6:00pm.

DADDY DAUGHTER DANCE

The Daddy Daughter Dance will be held on Saturday, February 22nd from 5:30 - 8:30pm in the high school.  Tickets include dinner and dancing; only $40 per household!  Proceeds will benefit the UT Softball Rec League.

CANDY GRAMS SALE

Student Council will be selling Valentine's Candy Grams at lunch starting on February 6th until February 12th.  They will be delivered to advisory on February 13th.  Candy Grams are just $1!  All proceeds will go to Riley Children's Hospital.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Marie Van Brittan Brown was an inventor.  She was the inventor of the home security system in 1966.
