NEW students to Union Twp schools must schedule an appointment and register in person. NEW students will need the following items to register:

1. 2 forms of proof of residency. (mortgage papers, rental agreement, utility bill, driver's license, etc.)

2. Birth certificate

3. Immunization Records - click here to see required immunizations

4. Completed New Student Packet

5. Sports Physical Form - MUST be completed every year to be eligible to play sports. Physicals need to be dated April 1st or later to be valid for the entire school year. For example: a physical dated April 1st, 2025 will be valid for the 2025-26 school year.

6. Contact Union Township Middle School at 219-759-2562 to schedule an orientation meeting and tour of the school.

Parents with students new to the Union Township School Corporation should enroll their children as soon as possible. Students must attend school located in the district in which they reside. The boundaries for each district are set aside by the Board of School Trustees. To determine which school a child will attend, parents should call Central Office at 219-759-2531, with their current address.
